Refund Policy

1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions, VIP plans and one-time purchases made through XInvest, a service operated by IMPULSS LTD (registered in the United Kingdom, registered office: 2 Catkin Walk, Rugeley, WS15 2NS, UK), at xinvestnews.com. It covers access to the private Telegram channel, the XInvest Telegram bot, premium signals and any other paid digital service or content.

2. Nature of the Service

XInvest provides digital content and access to digital services that are made available immediately upon purchase. By completing payment and starting to use the Service (for example, by joining the private Telegram channel, activating the bot or downloading any provided script), you expressly request immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you may lose any statutory right of withdrawal that would otherwise apply to digital content under applicable consumer law (including, where applicable, the EU Consumer Rights Directive).

3. General Rule: No Refunds After Access

Because subscriptions provide immediate access to time-sensitive trading signals, analytics and digital tools that cannot be “returned”, payments are generally non-refundable once access has been granted. We do not refund:

  • subscription periods that have already started;
  • unused portions of a subscription if you cancel mid-period;
  • cases where you decide the Service is not for you, after access has been granted;
  • losses or unprofitable trades resulting from your use of signals, the bot or any auto-execution tool;
  • cases where you fail to use the Service or do not consume the signals provided;
  • denial of access caused by your breach of our Terms and Conditions or our EULA.

4. When We May Issue a Refund

We may, at our sole discretion, issue a full or partial refund in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate or accidental payment — for example, you were charged twice for the same plan or charged after cancelling.
  • Technical inability to deliver — if we are unable to grant you access to the paid Service through no fault of your own and cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable time.
  • Material undelivered service — if we discontinue the paid feature you specifically purchased and no equivalent is provided.
  • Mandatory consumer-law rights — where applicable local consumer-protection law requires a refund that cannot be excluded by contract.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact support@xinvest.tech within 14 days of the disputed charge, including:

  • the email address used at checkout;
  • your Telegram username (if applicable);
  • the order number or payment reference;
  • a clear description of the reason for the request.

We aim to respond to refund requests within 5–10 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take an additional 5–15 business days to appear on your statement.

6. Cancellation of Recurring Subscriptions

You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time through your account on the website, the Telegram bot, or by contacting support@xinvest.tech. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not refund the current paid period. You retain access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which access is removed.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute — in most cases we can resolve issues directly and faster. Where a chargeback is initiated without a legitimate reason, we reserve the right to (a) suspend or terminate your account and Telegram access, (b) recover the disputed amount and any associated fees, and (c) decline future service.

8. Promotional Offers and Bundles

Plans purchased under a promotion, discount, bundle or trial may have specific refund terms communicated at the point of sale. Where such terms apply, they prevail over this general policy.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes apply to purchases made after the new version is published. The version in force at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.
