End User License Agreement

1. Introduction

This End User License Agreement (the “EULA”) is a binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”) and IMPULSS LTD, a company registered in the United Kingdom with its registered office at 2 Catkin Walk, Rugeley, WS15 2NS, United Kingdom, operating the XInvest service (“XInvest”, “we”, “us”), governing your access to and use of the XInvest Telegram bot, the private Telegram channel, web-based tools, scripts, expert advisors, configuration files and any other software, signal feeds or content we make available (together, the “Licensed Materials”).

This EULA supplements our Terms and Conditions. In case of conflict, this EULA prevails for matters relating to the Licensed Materials.

2. Grant of License

Subject to your acceptance of this EULA and payment of any applicable fees, XInvest grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Licensed Materials solely for your own personal, non-commercial trading on your own account, for the duration of your active subscription.

3. Scope of Use

You may:

  • access the website and use the features included in your plan;
  • start and interact with the XInvest Telegram bot, and join the private Telegram channel for the duration of your subscription;
  • install, configure and run any provided script or expert advisor on your own MetaTrader (or similar) terminal connected to your own broker account;
  • use signals, analytics and educational content for your personal, individual decision-making.

4. Restrictions

You may not, and you may not allow any third party to:

  • copy, redistribute, resell, rent, lease, sublicense, broadcast or publicly display any signal, content, script or other Licensed Material;
  • share your account, Telegram access, channel invite, bot access or VIP entitlements with anyone else;
  • operate the Licensed Materials as part of a service to third parties (e.g. signal-resale, copy-trading-as-a-service, managed-account services);
  • modify, translate, adapt, decompile, disassemble, reverse-engineer or attempt to derive source code from any provided script or software;
  • circumvent, disable or interfere with security or licensing features (including bot rate limits, access controls or anti-piracy measures);
  • use the Licensed Materials to facilitate unlawful activity, market manipulation, sanctions breaches or any conduct prohibited by applicable law or by your broker’s terms;
  • misrepresent the Licensed Materials as your own, or remove any proprietary notices.

5. Auto-Bot, Expert Advisors and MetaTrader Integration

Where the Licensed Materials include scripts or expert advisors for automated execution on third-party platforms:

  • You install and operate them at your own risk on your own broker account.
  • You are responsible for testing on a demo environment before live use, choosing parameters (lot size, risk per trade, news filters, etc.), monitoring their behaviour, and switching them off when appropriate.
  • XInvest does not control your terminal, your broker, your connectivity or your platform’s execution. We are not liable for outcomes caused by configuration errors, server downtime, broker rejections, slippage, partial fills or third-party platform behaviour.
  • Automation can amplify losses as well as gains; you accept this risk.

6. Telegram Bot and Channel

Use of the Telegram bot and channel is also subject to Telegram’s own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. You must use a personal Telegram account that you are authorised to use, and you must keep your Telegram credentials secure. We may suspend bot or channel access if we detect account sharing, automation abuse, scraping, or behaviour that violates this EULA.

7. Updates and Changes

We may update, modify, replace or discontinue any part of the Licensed Materials at any time, including signal formats, bot commands, scripts and supported platforms. Updates may be delivered automatically. We are not obligated to maintain backward compatibility, but we will use reasonable efforts to communicate material changes via the website or the Telegram channel.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights, title and interest in and to the Licensed Materials — including all signals, content, code, configurations, branding and methodology — remain the exclusive property of XInvest or its licensors. This EULA grants you a license, not a sale. No rights are granted to you other than those expressly stated in this EULA.

9. Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions or ideas about the Service or the Licensed Materials, you grant us a worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use them for any purpose without any obligation to you.

10. No Warranty

The Licensed Materials are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, profitability or uninterrupted operation. We do not warrant that any signal, script or bot will be error-free, timely, secure, or produce any specific result.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, XInvest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of trading capital, missed opportunities, data loss or business interruption, arising from or in connection with the Licensed Materials. Our aggregate liability is limited as set out in our Terms and Conditions.

12. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach any of its provisions, if your subscription expires or is cancelled, or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, you must stop using and uninstall any provided scripts, expert advisors and other Licensed Materials. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including IP, no warranty, liability and governing law) will continue to apply.

13. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of England and Wales and is subject to the same dispute-resolution rules as our Terms and Conditions.
